Researcher Information System (ARBİS) is a web-based application designed and developed by TÜBİTAK in order to create and continuously update the researcher database of Turkey. ARBİS will enable all researchers working in Turkey and Turkish researchers working abroad to access and update their information in the database from a single point. Researchers who have registered to, entered their data in and received approval from ARBİS will be able to benefit from various communication platforms such as the EU Framework Programs, and will have fulfilled a preliminary condition for applying to TÜBİTAK projects as well as for providing evaluation/monitoring services.
