The Western Black Sea Development Agency (BAKKA) aims to reduce intra-regional development disparities and ensure regional development; to improve the cooperation and coordination between public sector, private sector and non-governmental organizations to use the resources allocated to it effectively and efficiently in line with the high-scale plans and strategies specified in the regional plan and mobilize local potentials and regional dynamics with the projects and activities.
