Department of Science Fellowships and Grant  Programs of TÜBİTAK provides undergraduate and graduate scholarships to support training of the researchers; postdoctoral fellowships to support national and international research;  incoming mobility and visiting scientist scholarships for Turkish and foreign scientists to promote national and international researcher mobility and reverse brain drain.
